Refund policy
Returns
For customized items, we'll not accept return. But we are happy to help you sell to other customers via our company social media channels where lots of ballet lovers.
For standard size, please do refer to the measurements in the size chart before ordering. Please contact us to confirm if any questions. We encourage you to re-sell it on social media for any size not fit ones and we can also help re-sell on our social media channels. The return can only be accepted within 7 days after the tracking showed delivery and you need pay the return shipping fee and we'll issue refund once we got the returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
