Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. While the lead time for costumes is anout 30-45 days. Unprofessional level need 7 days. During peak seasons (competition season, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship worldwide via trusted international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Toll or similar). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
